Nice thing about Moon Flower vines is that they get real woody in the Fall and Winter, so the trellis looks interesting when they aren't blooming. They grow like pubescent pimples, so the vinage gets real tangly and such... looks cool. Then, next Spring they'll grow out again and get even bigger. The huge white blooms come out only at dusk, and last only one night. Moths like to use them for nectar, so they attract the really BIG species. This damn saloon has been in need of a gardner, which I ain't. But, maybe I can plant a few things you guys won't kill when you get outdoors to take a beer whiz.

| Non-Commissioned Officer   | Re: Sabot Saloon XXV My dogs have been doing most of my gardening this year.They ate off my rose bush thorns and all,pruned my hot pepper plant in half while trying to get squirrel out of a box trap,even dragging it under an electric fence to get into the garden.And have pissed the rest half to death. |

I'm thinking maybe to put in some Agave cactus under the windows too, when they get big they're better than Dobermans at keeping out bad guys. Not even the best burglar will mess with an Agave!
