The traveling geese have gone home and the seagulls are making their spring visit to the fields. I wonder about that. But it's enriching for the soil and maybe the menhaden and other little fishes are a bit elusive just now. And you're in the last planning stage of your visit and visitors in SLO.

| Jr. Officer   | Re: Sabot Saloon XX Hello, Paul, filthy and Marianne. It's about 31 here, but the house is getting cold. We have had furnace problems. The same repairman is here again. First, he cleaned the flame sensor rod, then replaced it. Now, he noticed that the igniter isn't always getting hot enough to light the gas. There is a safety built into the system so it locks out after a number of tries, but it was causing the furnace not to light. A new one should keep us going the rest of the winter. He has one with him, so we should be warmed up in a bit. "It's always something" (As Roseanne Rosannadanna said). I could use a hot drink, perhaps some hot mulled rum. More later.
