Snowden we are having our cold nights but warm days. Everybody is waiting for the winds to start.

We had absolute gales here night before last; at least 40 mph. Cleaned all the deadwood out of the trees, and happily, none hit the house -- windows are always so exposed.

Ya that happens out here a lot. Winds come up and windows get broken. Also plays havoc with sheds and lightly built stuff. Out here if you dont anchor it down it could go flying away.

It clears the land, then! I guess in some ways that's good -- just so long as it doesn't destroy our houses.. I hope the winds won't do your property any damage, Beasty.

O hon something happens every year I am used to it. The big winds come in March and are with us till early June. It is a fact of life I live with. On the flip side the flowers are coming out and the trees are budding. New growth everywhere.
