They're giving mixed reviews Bro, but it could be bad. It is the one moving in from the Midwest and should last through Sunday.

We're pretty well above freezing here, Beast. It seldom snows here -- sometimes a shower that lasts overnight. We did have an inch of snow a couple weeks ago, but it was gone by the following evening.

Hello Paul, Marianne and filthybeast. We are at 27 F here and a few minutes ago, when I went to let doggy out, my wife said "It might be icy out there." But the stoop is bone dry. We have been lucky. Some people say weather here is too boring, but I have seen enough bad winter storms, I don't need them, now.

Hi, Jim. It sounds all right to me too, although I enjoyed snow and managed on the ice when I was young. We're just to old to miss it now. The first year we were down here, we had a very deep snow -- couple of feet of it. None since then and that was the first in 33 years, they told us! That was 1996, and we're expecting rain with this winter storm.

That's not a bad record, is it!

That storm has done a lot of damage -- I hope it's worn out before it hits the East Coast. It still sounds pretty bad, though.
