That sounds delicious. Duck is one of my favorites and I love arugula. I tried to get some yesterday, but the store I was in didn't have it.

My youngest, Bekah, and her husband, Jeff, came up and cooked dinner here. They made rice, corn on the cob and grilled some trout. I held off starting one of my meds to today so I could have wine with dinner.
