This is a quiet day for me. Yesterday was my day with family and friends.

We had a quiet day too - two of them, really. Yesterday and today. Tomorrow late, Ben and family will arrive for a few days. That's when the quiet will give over for us to fun with a grandson.

Today was quiet but busy. Karen and I spent several hours cooking but enjoyed the meal when it was done. The duck came out perfectly, along with all the side dishes. I just spent the last hour cleaning up the kitchen and putting away the leftovers, so now I can relax.
