I think this is a much better format, with the change every day it was a PITA to backread if you were gone for a day or two. The exchanges now will be easier to look at and read and a better banter between the posters will bring more "customers" here.

We tried out having a dedicated Saloon forum with a thread a day, but members wanted to have a long thread instead. Soooooo...we're back to the old way again and will start a new thread when this hits 1000 posts.

Well, it's not like the 'daily threads' are deleted. It's just a 'new day', closed. IMHO, I liked the 'new day' thing. I can subscribe to it daily, and not relive history. Or, if I choose, I can read what happened yesterday when I was gone.
