Tthe coldest I've ever been was at 2am on the San Francisco bay in May. The fog rolls in, the cold/ice just shoots through anything. Including leather.

That sounds cold. The coldest I've been was in Switzerland in the wintertime. I had warm socks and boots on, but the cold came up from the ground through them anyway. The wind didn't help either. Brrrrrrrrr

^ It's the humidity. In Colorado we had 'dry' cold/heat. Here, it's a 'wet' cold. So it's got a vehicle to grab onto and travel..

That's aok though. Nothing some wife snuggling will not cure.
