There's a loooooooooooong time between now and that election, and a whole lot could and probably will happen meantime.

I think she makes a really good Senator, and oughta leave it at that.

If she does get the nomination, which is a whole other thing than merely "running" BTW as we all know, she'll have a mighty tight race, but I predict (unless some hanky panky gets started) she'll lose the election... and it'll probably be the first time in American history a candidate lost a presidential election because of something she FAILED to do and the sig other DID.

She is extremely bright and a good politician, IMHO, and quite photogenic too, I might add. All that bodes well for her. I believe she would, actually, probably do a great job as president. However, her achilles heal is her waffling about the war. She will not be able to satisfactorily explain why she voted for the war, and spoke in favor of taking down Saddam (aka "Regime Change") and then failed to stifle her own party leadership which, by then will have FOR YEARS been sniping at the ankles of a really fine Republican president on the topic. Her one chance is to start, now, speaking in FAVOR of the war as it is being conducted, and to admit that Congress had everything they needed in the way of evidence at the time they cast their original votes.

The worst thing Repubs could possibly do would be to run Condoleeza Rice against her. Very bad idea... unless, of course, they really secretly WANT Hillary to be the president.

Unfortunately...I believe that she is going to...after all...she was president before wasn't she. God help us...I am thinking that I will have to become Canadian if that happens. The military STILL has not recovered from the FIRST time she and her voice puppet cut all our funding.

I guess I had better stop before my rant goes on for pages and pages.
