| Head Mouse Trainer ![]() | Your gonna love this... I dont consider anyone who takes the time to be dumb, not even people who protest voted for 'Mickey Mouse'. Everyone who voted should be proud, no matter their choice, because they did their civic duty and participated. |

| Banned ![]() | I heard about that. The problem is, the rest of the world just doesn't get it. They don't understand the mindset of the American people. We are hardworking, conservative-leaning, self-supporting, moralistic people for the most part that don't want to be pushed around or bullied into the rest of the world's way of thinking. I personally think Bin Laden's little tape last weekend HELPED Bush because more people thought "BS, I'm not going to let some terrorist tell me how to think" |

![]() | yeah i seen that on the drudge report last night , it was irritating as i voted for bush , but i honestly believe it is just the media over there not necessiarly the people , a friend was all over europe over the last few months , said there was little anti american sentiment he encountered..... so i really believe it is their media and a few malcontents who believe that hyperbole they are slinging and i absolutely agree cb , bin ladens tape DEFINATLY gave bush more votes. did you see they are looking hard at hillary clinton for the 08 presidential race? god help us if another clinton gets in office. instead of just giving away rocket designs to the chineese , we will probably give them our top of the line nukes if she gets into power! a man who sells his honor has nothing of value for sale - dr. t.a.tanner |

| Enlisted Warrior ![]() | I don't know how much anti-American feelings there are overseas, but my sister is over in Spain right now. She told us a story of an older man on a train talking to her about American politics . He leaned over and whispered "I like Bush too", as if he was trying to keep it a secret. The people she lives with also support Bush. He obviously has support over there, we just don't know how much. A poll taken in Germany showed that around 70% do not support Bush, but who knows? There is always that silent group who supports Bush and America, as can be seen on election day here in the U.S. The media of course is going to be more liberal and I think should not represent a certain country and culture. | Banned ![]() | Of course, I am pleased with the election outcome, but I think that when 117 million vote FREELY there is nothing "dumb" in that. I think both "camps" will be taking a good long and hard look to see what went right and why the left went down as focusing for 2008. Just as clearly there are divisions in our country we have a populace that cares and is involved. 60 million "dumb"? Not hardly - 117 million invested and caring and looking for solutions! Now the challenge begins, what will it take for us as an American people to find the commonality and work together without rancor and bitterness but with sweet resolve for the best for our nation. Both men, the Senator in defeat and the President in victory, addressed this with class and dignity yesterday. |
