Terriorists for Kerry

I may be wrong but the videos coming out now from Bin Laden and this cat in California seem to be endorsements for Kerry. I would think that the country would look at these and come to the conclusion that if the terriorists really want Bush out of office that bad, and Kerry in, that we should do everything we can to keep from pleasing them. If we pander to them, they win. We kill them, we win. Pacifying Hitler with Poland didn't work. Bin Laden will not be pacified with us getting out of the middle east. If we never leave our shores he will still hate us for simply having free will. When he calls us infidels, he is not addressing just the country but everyone that lives in it that has different views.

Kerry has shown his commitment to our country with his requesting purple hearts (under questionable circmstances), requesting to get out of Nam, and out of the Navy. He is just trying to continue to ride on the wave that got him to where he is today. Young idealists that have visions of a perfect world. More commonly known as hippies and the drug culture. Not to say that all idealists fall neatly into these two catagories.

There will always be people with different views, I believe that is what makes our country so strong. People should protest against things they see as wrong. Our ancestors have done it for generations. It's all in how you protest. It's ok to be against the war in Iraq, but don't punish our troops by holding back the equipment they need to survive. Don't use the number of warriors killed and wounded for political gain when you did not support giving them the equipment that may have saved some from becoming a statistic.

If he won't show up to do his job in senate, what makes anyone think that he will be there for us in the white house. Bush is not perfect and I do not agree with everything he does. But the choice here is clear. We have to protect ourselves, and I would much prefer that in the process that we tear up there back yard, not ours. It's been a long time since there has been a full scale military combat operation on our soil, lets keep it that way.
