Little harsh, but I agree with the reasons behind it.

Execution is a little hard, using as a biological weapon guinea pig is far more humane.

I posted this originally to the wrong forum.....I am very surprised there hasen`t been a huge public outcry of rage over the latest financial crisis. there you have the US federal government debating whether or not to give billions of dollars to a financial community who, thru greed and in some cases stupidity and corruption, lent millions of dollars to millions of people who were very high risk home buyers that had no capability and / or intention of paying their mortgages back. Add to the mix finance companies with their almost illegal rates of interest and that is a recipe for disaster waiting to put even the most hard working citizen on the road to saying F$#K them, i can`t pay. So now the US federal government (and ultimately the tax payer) is left to pay for this mess, while the bankers and finance companies walk away smiling. Where is the justice? The tax payer gets shafted again....Where does it end?

Copied in response to your comment on the other thread.

Snoman, you haven't been watching or hearing then.

28% approve of a plan that uses taxpayer dollars to pay for the 700 billion (or whatever it turns out to be).

Members of Congress have been getting e-mails, calls, letters, and personal visits numbering in the tens of thousands each telling their Congressman or Senator to not vote for anything that means the taxpayer pays the bill.

At least two of us on here (Shooterman and myself) have both commented on how we've notified our Congressman and Senators that if they vote for this we'll vote against them, no matter the opponent. And his Congressman is loved by him, as are my Senators by me (he may also love the Senators, but he hasn't commented on that).

Tonight's Presidential Debate dealt for 30 minutes on the current economic crisis on a forum that was supposed to be all about foreign policy.

Poll after poll have said that the American people would like to see either the companies pay themselves out of this, or let them fall and the debris be dammed.

The news, television, cable, print, internet, all are full of stories about how the people are so against any type of taxpayer funded bail out that they're considering a revolt. Hell, Newt Gingrich and Jesse Jackson are even together on this.

We also have on this forum, at least 15 threads on what's going on here. Some of us (not just on here) are watching this so closely that we're losing sleep.
