Medical proof did not pair up with a possible explanation as reported by the doctor who autopsied Tillman's corpse after following his death field of battle in Afghanistan in 2004 recounted inspectors. The Associated Press acquired doctors who performed the autopsy had their suspicions were descried in 2,300 pages of testimony via the Freedom of Information Act, and records indicate the medical examiner who performed an autopsy on Tillman’s body was doubtful of the three gunshot wounds to the forehead because of the nearness of the three bullet holes in Tillman’s head because of the nearness of the wounds, the medical examiners (names have been blotted out) stated it seemed as if Tillman was felled by an M16 from about a distance of 10 yards. Pat Tillman - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The medical examiner commented he had taken the unordinary procedure of trying communicated with the Army Human Resources Command and was snubbed. He requested an Army's Criminal Investigation Division bureaucrat if the CID would take into thought starting a criminal investigation, but was unsuccessful in compelling the authorities to delve into whether or not Tillman’s death was a crime Pat Tillman - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The doctor said he had communicated with his high command, and he was told no. Also stated by the information, inspectors pushed officers and enlisted ranks on an issue Mrs. Tillman had inquired from the start. Finally, the Pentagon did carry on a criminal inquiry, and interrogated Tillman's colleagues whether or not he was unlikable by his men and whether or not they had any basis to think he was intentionally murdered. The Pentagon lastly judged Tillman's passing was due to friendly-fire at the hands. Quote:

In December 2006, the Pentagon inspector general's office interrogated for more than four hours, and Gen. Kensinger several times disaffirmed different officers’ affirmation, and at times his own. He stated about 70 incidents he did not remember something. Mary Tillman proposed her son was purposely bumped off by his companions, and she is searching for solutions. AP: New Details on Tillman's Death - Forbes.com http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/03/13/opinion/main1394014.shtml http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/news/story?id=2814767 as well as eagerly anticipates congressional hearings held 1 August 2007 ABC News: Rumsfeld Gets Grilled on Tillman Death http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070801/ap_on_go_co/tillman_friendly_fire_38 http://www.wral.com/news/national_world/national/story/1629671/ http://www.buzzflash.com/articles/alerts/269 Capt. Richard Scott was asked by an investigator from the time of the incident occurring on April 22, 2004, did he obtain any knowledge about hearsay that Tillman was killed by anyone among his unit. Capt. Scott and the remaining members of the unit were interrogated, and they stated they were sure the shooting was inadvertent. Inspectors further inquired the troops and commanders whether or not Tillman was disliked, or if it was likely anybody was envious or his notoriety, or if he was viewed as self-important. They stated was well-thought-of, looked up to and favored. The documents additionally cast a fresh aspect of Tillman’s final minutes. Associated Press and others have broadly disclosed Spc. Bryan O'Neal informed inspectors he was with Tillman when he died, and Tillman waved his arms repeatedly shouting "Cease fire, friendlies, I am Pat (expletive) Tillman, damn it!" However, the current documents present a dissimilar explanation from a chaplain who questioned the whole unit the period of time following Tillman’s death. The chaplain stated Spc. O’Neal related to him he was at Tillman’s side, and he was holding close to the ground, “crying out to God, help us. And Tillman says to him, `Would you shut your (expletive) mouth? God's not going to help you; you need to do something for yourself, you sniveling ..." Yet Spc. O’Neal’s challenges the latest information. Soldier next to Tillman disputes new info - Military News, Army News, opinions, editorials, news from Iraq, photos, reports - Army Times and he describes Tillman’s last moments. ABC News: Tillman Comrade Recalls Final Moments Original sources: http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2007/7/28/90953.shtml?s=ic http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070727/ap_on_re_us/tillman_friendly_fire_5 http://www.editorandpublisher.com/eandp/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003617692 If Tillman was an ordinary or common man, would there be an investigation of his death because of friendly fire? If the decedent was PFC. Joe Blow or Capt. John Doe, there would be no congressional hearings and the news story would have been relegated to a short paragraph on page 10, and there would be no further mention troop’s death due to friendly fire. Tillman like many Americans gave up their dream to defend their aspiration, and he sacrificed very much to serve our nation. He knew what it takes to defend America’s freedom, and what the flag’s colors the red, white and blue symbolize. Saluting Tillman is also to commemorate rather lessen, the equally courageous the scores of servicemen and women who gave so much and paid the ultimate sacrifice, the numerous people who sustained wounds, and the scores who are currently putting their lives on the line for their countrymen. Tillman’s legacy is of a soldier who pursued after justice in a far-off location. He did his job like the rest of the members of his unit, and other troops. He believed he wasn’t any better than or different from the men and women who have died in battle in Afghanistan and Iraq. And Tillman understood the bloodshed wasn’t any less valuable than his. How many athletes do you know who would turn down a multi million dollar contracts and a cozy, comfortable life and enlist? How many people do you know who are not rich or in the upper-middle class who would drop everything to join the military, whether we’re at war or not? Meanwhile, the Left has gone bonkers, and with their strength, ability and resources every possible campaign against the military and anybody supporting the military campaign in Iraq, they will stop at nothing to discredit the war and smear every troop. Do whatever it takes, vilify any person, fly whatever hearsay, gossip, insinuation, conjecture they can in order to accomplish their objective. Radical factions assert Tillman’s death was deliberately murdered, ordered by the current Administration on the account of Tillman’s politics. Daily Kos left a wing web site implied Tillman was killed. The hit was ordered by the White House. According to the diarist Dburn, it’s widely known Tillman opposed the war. A Daily Kos diarist links Tillman with Noam Chomsky. The author Deduces Tillman was murdered. Kos followers disbelieve the Associated news story about the subsequent investigation, adding the homicide aspect and friendly fire was determined to be the reason. They think the official investigation is propaganda, a cooked up consent. The diary keeper attentively redacted the article in order to make it look like Tillman was polished off on the account Tillman’s supposed anti Iraq war stance and opinions, as well as for the reason of a possible visit with Noam Chomsky. The author summarizes the proof for the Tillman/Chomsky meeting hit squat hypothesis. Source: Daily Kos: Tillman, Three Headshots, 10 Yards est, Source AP Tillman was coming forward expressing his sentiments against the war. If Tillman talked to the media criticizing, sniping Iraq war and the current administration it would crush the homefront support for the war, and Bush’s 2004 presidential campaign and the Republican partisans. If Tillman was still alive and after coming back home from his tour, stumping his opposition against the war, supporting Kerry, and Democrat campaigners might have made a big difference. He believes his brother’s death was caused by friendly fire or fratricide. He contends the military’s misrepresentation equivalent to a dupery. Exposing his brother’s passing was fratricide would have another governmental calamity in a period of political debacles. The factuality was necessary to be stifled. Kevin Tillman is an anti war activist posted on the radical left web sites accusing the military for deluding his family regarding the incidents of Pat Tillman’s death. Tillman insinuates the administration can be trusted when he as the questions, “Can we believe anything the administration says, ever?” Also, Mary Tillman feels former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld must have been aware of what was going on because the reality her son died due to friendly fire and nobody informed Rumsfeld is absurd. | K-9 Unit ![]() | dang you're an library las, but that's a good thing One thing I must say, and you all can call me to count on this. Friendly fire is not. He earned his medals and commendations because of what he did before he died. Not because of his death, but by what he did. I understand the family need all the detail if they want it. But he's done no less than I in his actions, so for the rest of out judgement, **** the coverup, spank the higher ups for allowing this to happen. Still, none of what we do today changes anything that happened.
