| Junior Officer ![]() | The former president of an extremist group that organized many of the country’s disruptive pro illegal immigration marches and advocates the return of the American Southwest to Mexico will co-chair Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. Best known for his radical pro Chicano work during 30 years as president of the National Council of La Raza, Raul Yzaguirre is being promoted by the Clinton campaign as a prominent Hispanic activist who will lead the New York senator’s outreach to Hispanic voters. The reality is that Yzaguirre alienates many American citizens of Hispanic descent (in other words, those qualified to vote) with his so-called La Raza rhetoric, which has been repeatedly labeled racist. The National Council of La Raza describes itself as the largest Latino civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States, but it caters to the radical Chicano movement that says California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and parts of Colorado and Texas belong to Aztlan. The takeover plan is referred to as the “reconquista” of the Western U.S. and it features ethnic cleansing of Americans, Europeans, Africans and Asians once the area is taken back and converted to Aztlan. While this may all sound a bit crazy, this organization is quite powerful (thanks to Hillary’s new campaign co-chair) and annually receives millions of dollars in federal grants. Its leaders also managed to get included in congressional hearings regarding immigration. Last year alone, the National Council of La Raza received $15.2 million in federal grants and one senator gave the group an extra $4 million in earmarked American taxpayer dollars. The organization uses the money to support projects like a Southern California elementary school with a curriculum that specializes in bashing America and promoting the Chicano movement. The school’s founder and principal, a Calexico-educated activist named Marcos Aguilar, opposes racial integration and says Mexicans in the U.S. don’t want to go to white schools or drink from white water fountains. http://www.corruptionchronicles.com/..._leader_a.html Guess I'll just have to be considered a racist. Or a tinfoil hat wearer. I believe Mr Bush wants an North American Union, as well.

| Junior Officer ![]() | I might question your source for information since it can be shown to be biased when excepting contributions from predominantly three sources. Funding In 2002, Judicial Watch received $1.1 million from The Carthage Foundation and a further $400,000 from The Sarah Scaife Foundation. The year before the Scaife Foundation had given $1.35 million and Carthage $500,000. In all, between 1997 and 2002, Judicial Watch received $7,069,500 (unadjusted for inflation) in 19 grants from a handful of foundations including. The bulk of this funding came from just three foundations; the Sarah Scaife Foundation, The Carthage Foundation and the John M. Olin Foundation, Inc. Judicial Watch - SourceWatch But what is more interesting about Judicial Watch is what the founder, has to say about it. He himself questions the ethics of the group now. In 2003, I left Judicial Watch to run for the U.S. Senate in Florida. My idea was to take the concept of Judicial Watch right inside the government itself, and like a Trojan Horse, fight corruption from within. Now, I face an even bigger challenge -- Saving Judicial Watch! After I left Judicial Watch, we were betrayed by those who we had trusted to lead the organization. As explained in a complaint that I was forced to file, they lied to donors and supporters, misused their monies, failed to honor their agreement with me, and disparaged my name and reputation, all in a selfish power grab. And since I left, the energy, creativity and success of the organization has dwindled down to almost nothing, with one defeat after another in cases that I had filed to clean up corruption in government and the legal systems. Saving Judicial Watch Homepage As to the content of their statement, it amounts to an extremist groups outlook on current events. The exact same thing that is being claimed about La Raza. NOUN: One who advocates or resorts to measures beyond the norm, especially in politics.

| NCO ![]() | And completely unrelated. "US English is to Hispanics as the Ku Klux Klan is to blacks." Nice little direct quote from Mr. (or Senor) Yzaguirre. Raul Yzaguirre - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia La Raza has been at the head of trouncing any dissent and counter rallies in favor of securing the borders of the United States. During the illegal immigration blow up last year, La Raza and LULAC together got a counter rally to the walk out banned by convincing the sponsors that it would be racist. These are the same people who don't give a rat's hindquarters about me simply because of my skin color. If the choice is someone with brown skin and a hispanic name and me, I lose every time.
