A report in the October 14, 2006 Rocky Mountain News makes a photo-point on growing crime in Colorado, "On a break from her job at the Mercury Cafe in Denver, Megan Galloway sits outside a building on 20th Street that is covered in graffiti. Mayor Hickenlooper says, 'Graffiti lets people think it's OK to break the law and lets people think this is a lawless community.'"

Hickenlooper pandered as the man who employed illegal alien Gomez-Garcia who murdered Denver police officer Don Young. However, Hickenlooper looks the other way while his city employs sanctuary policies that encourage illegal aliens to remain in Denver. The bottom line is; it is OK to hire and aid-and-abet illegal aliens, but it is not OK for "artists" to create graffiti.

The implementation date of each piece of the resurrected Kennedy-Specter-McCain-Reid-Pelosi "2007 Comprehensive-Omnibus Undocumented Immigrants Salvation Bill" will determine how many aliens are given amnesty. Brace yourself. Again, the growth-rate for the "illegal-alien cohort" is now 17 percent annually. That rate will increase as the "citizenship-opportunity" word spreads to Mexico and beyond. If nothing changes substantially in the next few years, here are those projected numbers:

- As of September 2004, there were 20 million illegals, plus their nine million kids here. (Seven million of those kids are "Instant-citizens.") These are Bear-Stearns numbers.

- As of September 2005, there were 23 million illegals, plus their 11 million kids here. (Eight million of those kids are "Instant-citizens.")

- As of September 2006, there were 27 million illegals, plus their 13 million kids here. (Nine million of those kids are "Instant-citizens.")

- As of September 2007, there will be 32 million illegals, plus their 15 million kids here. (11 million of those kids are "Instant-citizens.")

- As of September 2008, there will be 37 million illegals, plus their 17 million kids here. (12 million of those kids are "Instant-citizens.")

- As of September 2009, there will be 44 million illegals, plus their 20 million kids here. (14 million of those kids are "Instant-citizens.")

- As of September 2010, there will be 51 million illegals, plus their 23 million kids here. (17 million of those kids are "Instant-citizens.")

I would, again, strongly suggest, most of the Islamic Terrorists are in the Mid East.

The Invasion is here in our country. We are worried about some yoyo in a spider hole in the Sands of Iraq, and ignore to our peril the terrorists in the Sands of the Southwest. We nation build in Iraq. We ignore the plight of our own people.

Until we tighten the borders and change some of the laws concerning children born in the US of illegal immigrant parents automatically being citizens nothing will change. We don't enforce a lot of the laws we have in place.

Maybe if we declared war on Mexico because of this invasion, we could actually use troops and all of the modern equipment to stop this. The Mexican government knows how much money comes back into their country from a lot of the illegal workers. The other matter is the drugs that are coming through there, a lot of it past the "look the other way" Mexican police and military. There is also the past reports of Mexican troops operating on our side of the border (some assisting people smuggling and drugs).

Correct. Yet some do not wish to address the issue.
