MONTREAL (CP) - Prime Minister Paul Martin and Premier Jean Charest condemned a fire at a Jewish elementary school on Monday where anti-Semitic notes were taped to the building.

Anti-Jewish sentiments have been on the rise everywhere it seems. Europe has a problem that is growing along with it's Islamic population. I'd be interested in what affiliation whoever did this crime had.

Montreal Police seem to think that Muslims were involved; or rather, they think that the public will assume muslims were involved. Police have started patrolling heavily at the mosques in the city.

Montreal also has a sizeable skinhead population.

I would love to agree, but I hate making sweeping generalizations about anyone, considering I am a young very white male in the army with no hair on my head.

People just start assuming when I start talking about races.
