These are the Forum Rules from the Terms of Use (TOU)

Although the administrators and moderators of Trackpads will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and the owners of Trackpads will NOT be held responsible for the content of any message.

By registering with the community, you agree to the following as rules for the Forums and Private Messages:

1. One account/username per person.
2. It is prohibited to log onto Trackpads using someone else's account/username.
3. All accounts must have a valid e-mail address.
4. Advertising is prohibited.
5. You may not post any classified material.
6. Any unclassified material may be posted on the forums.
7. No hacking, manipulating or security breeches of Trackpads will be tolerated and could result in legal action.
8. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws.

The Administration of Trackpads can view Private Messages.

The IP addresses of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

Violating the Terms of Use may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed).

You are solely responsible for your posts in this manner.

The webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user, you agree to any information you have entered being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Trackpads reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time.
