Senator John Cornyn wants an investigation to find out how former Taliban Spokesman Sayed Rahmatullah Hashemi was able to gain entry into America and allowed to attend Yale University. Cornyn stated Hashemi ought to be expelled from the U.S.

I agree with the Senator. This man was a spokesman/apologist for the Taliban, therefore he was Taliban. Last I heard, we are at war with them.

Also, in another thread about this, Hashemi has the equivalent of a 4th grade education. How did he qualify or are the standards that low at Yale?

Why him? Why not a woman from Afghanistan who was freed from that oppression. That might make the wrong point though - that we are doing good in that country.
