| I, Robot   |  [News Feed] 'Pistol Pete' Mascot Will Lose Pistol (AP) AP - New Mexico State University's mascot, Pistol Pete, is being disarmed. University officials have also stripped the word "Pistol" from Pete's name. The new logo shows Pete twirling a lasso.
