AP - With a chance to end their 10-game losing streak, the Kansas City Royals dropped the ball. Then they dropped it again. And for good measure, they even kicked it once. By the time the bumbling Royals had finished making three errors in the ninth inning Tuesday night, the Cleveland Indians were on their way to scoring 11 runs while rallying for a 13-7 victory.
