CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Reuters) - The United States will end its mad cow-inspired ban on Canadian cattle on March 7 despite rising criticism from farm groups, Agriculture Secretary Ann Veneman said on Sunday, adding that Japan and South Korea should open their doors to U.S. beef.
