WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Some of the major issues facing the incoming 109th Congress: TSUNAMI RELIEF: President Bush has made what he calls an initial commitment of $350 million. Congress seems certain to boost the figure, perhaps several fold. But aides said approving a package will probably take a few weeks after specific needs can be better identified.
