| Sabot Slinger ![]() | Visited Oklahoma City on business the last two day and had a chance to visit the Memorial for the Oklahoma City Bombing. Not alot of people think about that disaster these days with the events that have passed since 1995. 168 people including 19 children killed. It's amasing what this community has endured and embraced since. "We come here to remember those who were killed, Those who survived and those changed forever. May all who leave here know the impact of violence. May this Memorial offer Comfort, Strength, Peace, Hope, and Serenity"

| Razak's Roughneck ![]() | When I visited the US (before coming here for my education), I was in Philly when the bombing happened. We were supposed to go to Ok City in two days but we put the plan off and postponed it by a week. When I did get there, it was awe-struck to look at the building. Seemed like those cardboard houses people set on movie sets. I didn't know till a few years back that it was a terrorist incident. My childish brain came to the conclusion that it was an accident. Now I know otherwise. Sobering reminder.

| Non-Commissioned Officer ![]() | The actions of Timmothy McVeigh and the lives lost are not forgotten. Never. Just placed into the history books. I was in the Boston MEPS building the day OK city took place. It was all over the TV's.. I'm glad they executed him before he could see 9/11 because I bet it would have made him happy. I still can't believe he blew up that building. It's horrible. |
