| Icing Queen   |  USS Nautilus: Operation Sunshine The video kept stopping, but continued right away. Narrated by Edward R. Murrow, this clip recounts the courageous efforts by the USS Nautilus crew to reach the North Pole in the spring of 1958. The nuclear-powered submarine narrowly escaped disaster as she cruised a mere 400 feet below the Arctic ice. The entire Nautilus crew was awarded the Presidential Unit Citation for their unprecedented feat. Watch it Now!
