Default [MV] Stocking up on Supplies

As time marches on our vehicle parts are becoming fewer and fewer as
existing stock dries up. And when we finally find that NOS unit the
price has increased at a percentage rate greater than our pay checks did.

When restoring my M37 in 1992 I purchased three 24volt coils for $24.50
ea. Today they are $50-60 ea. Points & condenser were $4 then, now
$9.50 Carburetors that were $135 thirteen years ago, are $225 now,
with original M37 carbs nonexistent.

In 1992 $73.50 for three coils was a chunk of change for me. Now they
want $60 for just one!! We have all said "I wish I'd bought 4 of
those things then instead of just 1."

My question to the membership is: What mil-veh parts -- engine parts
in particular -- should we start buying up and squirreling away for our
personal toys?
Please include the M-series number of the units you are listing.

And yes, I understand this may start a buying frenzy which causes the
parts to evaporate quicker than they normally would. However they will
disappear eventually, whether you've stocked up on 'em or not.
