Ya know, I was on a local zoning board for a few years a while back. At the
time we learned that you can't disallow "adult entertainment". But you can
restrict where it can be located. The ruling came down that not allowing it would
be discriminatory.
Wouldn't registering historical military armor fall under the same rule?
Aren't you with armored vehicles being discriminated against in Kansas???
