| Civilians | Hi All, I hope that everyone had a very Merry Christmas & wish you all a most wonderful New Year! Has anyone ever seen yellow colored bulbs in the tail light/turn signals on a M-1009? My wife was following me today and she noticed that my right tail light was out. When I removed the lens the bulb was yellow! It was the proper two connector bulb for that position but it was yellow! Being nosey I removed the left lens and once again the bulb was yellow! did the military for some unknown reason go to yellow bulbs in the tail lights on M-1009s or is it maybe that was all the motor pool had at the time and they used them? The rest of the lights on the truck are normal colors but those two have me scratching my old bald head!! Can anyone shed some light on this subject? Thanks in advance for any help.........
