[MV] need help on price

I have complete engine for M37 - govt. rebuild many years ago, it has been
sitting in my shop - in bottom half of can - for 10 years, I got disgusted
with one of my M37s and it is parked never to run again.

I have two of these engines and a fellow I know wants to purchase one of
them.

My question - what is a fair price to ask for this engine that I do not see
I will ever need.
