[MV] M54 Dataplates and Front Wing

Just a quick couple of questions regarding my M54.

Q1 I Want to replace the service line data plates that are mounted on the
front and back airline taps on my M54 I can find new replacement SERVICE
plates which are silver writing on black background but I'm unable to source
any EMERGENCEY Plates which are Silver writing on a RED background. Does any
one have any new ones or know where i can get them from?

Q2 I'm slowly starting to dissemble the truck and i would like to know does
the little rubber mud flap on the front wing next to the step bolt on to the
inside of the wing or on the outside wedged between the step? Mine is on the
outside and wasnt sure if its correct as the prevous owner wasnt very good
at keeping the truck looking right.
