| Civilians | I would think you could get the solenoid at any quiality auto parts store. It's no different the the one on a civilian 6.2 diesel. If you applied voltage and didn't hear the audible click or see the plunger move, it's bad! Possible but very highly doubtful that its lost ground through its contact with the injection pump.
