| Civilians | Hello All, Can a vehicle (Russian UAZ-469) be imorted into the US before it is 25 years old for off road use, and then when it turns 25 be registered for the road? The vehicle in question is a 1984. The 25 years is the DOT requirement. It is already exempt from EPA.
