being my first post to the list after receiving for a while, I hope I am
doing this right, and I hope this question hasn't been answered- the little
chain and clip is no doubt for the fuel cutoff- it clips on there when
pulled out so that it doesn't get pushed back in and have the potential for
starting if left in gear
