Well, so far I've had fair luck. Even the M1009 with 3 different years of Mfg
and the wrong VIN on the SF97 (my fault for not checking), was taken care of.
Just remember this, there's no one else to buy this stuff from. They can tell
you to go pound sand whenever they want to! These folks in AZ must be quite
aware of their monopoly. I proceed with caution but I'm still poking along
with them. I think their contract is coming up for renewal soon. One thing is
for sure, at least DRMO either didn't make the clerical errors or fixed it if
they did. How about a response to this thread G/L? We do have G/L lurking in
the shadows on this list! I think the lurkers stay quiet because everytime the
company gets a fair representative on this list, they get fired.
