I have heard similar negative scuttlebut, for what it's worth.

I second the appraisal of the other two companies: Steve and Randy are the
real deal - honest and responsive.

I will also mention a minor fracas that ensued when the owners of a certain
6 x 6 website used, without permission, photos from my website. The
copyright "misunderstanding", blamed on a teen-aged web meister, was
amicably resolved, after a few dozen harsh words from A. P. "Mr.
Congeniality" Bloom.
