[MV] Light ID?

My neighbor was cleaning his garage and brought me these lamps, there are 2 clear ones and 1 red one. They have lenses about 5 1/2" across with a place for a lens guard. The bulb are #2838 28 volt, 80/35 watt. Can anyone ID them or need them? Please go to my picture site to view them.
