[MV] m35a2 windshield glass

Hi, Folks:

I've got a '72 AM General duece with a cracked driver windshield. Can you just relace the glass in this or does the whole unit have to be replaced?

Any body know a good source for either glass or the whole unit?

I just took it to a local glass shop and they replaced it for about forty
bux.
