Default Finding Overallocations

Is there an easy way on the Resource Usage View to go to the next overallocation for a resource? Having to page through, looking for red highlights is a bit of a pain, and I usually miss something on a larger project.

TIA for your help!

Rae

Default Re: Finding Overallocations

Hi Rae

on the Resource Managment Toolbar (view / toolbars/ resource management) is
a "Go To Next Overallocation" icon (3rd one .. little graph) .. which is
supposed to do what you want ... just note, you often have to pull the
timescale scroll bar across to the left to get to the start (i hope that
makes sense!).

You could also filter to only show overallocated resources, which limits the
number of records to hunt through.

Hope this helps

Cheers
