In my subject I noticed that it did not show everything. What it didn't show is that I don't have powerpoint in my version of small business. So the whole question was, since I don't have PPt in my original version am I able to get by with 03 upgrade or do I need to start with the full application? The Office XP Small Business Edition did not include PowerPoint, but it does qualify for an upgrade to PowerPoint 2003.
