Default want to hire someone

I would like to hire someone to do the following for me:
I need a self running PowerPoint that displays a random trivia question
(pulled from a txt file, access database, or whatever), and displays four
answers, and after 15 seconds the 3 wrong answers disappear. Then the next
random trivia question is displayed with it's four possible answers. Of
course, the position (A,B,C,D) of the correct answer would have to be in a
different spot each time.
