Default X marks the spot

Is there a free tool that changes the function of the (x) button from
"hide program" to "close program"? (Pocket Windows 2002)

Another not free alternative is True Toolbar. I like having the option as
to whether I minimize or close.

You can disable all the fireworks so it will look as standard Pocket PC
taskbar
