Default Finding cmd.exe

I have a Compaq PDA with MS PPC 4.20 and it does not have CMD.EXE.
Any idea where I can find this image online?

Thanks

No such thing exists, there is no console in Pocket PC. There is a third =
party solution called PocketConsole, but I think it currently supports =
only Pocket PC 2000 and 2002, not 2003.

the "PPC command shell"

I use it frequently to make lists of the contents
of my many SD cards.

I take it back! As Vance points out there is one in the Windows Mobile =
Power Toys. That remote display thing is pretty darn handy too.
