Default Downloaded video clip into PPT 2003, Won't Play When Inserted Clip

Can anyone please tell me how to convert a Real Media downloaded video clip that Windows Media Player or Encoder cannot play in PowerPoint 2003?

Hi,

I thought one of the points behind Real media is that it is a bit more
difficult to get to the file. maybe you could search on google.com for an
answer. Unless someone else knows.
