Default Install fail

I've been trying to install Project 2000 on a client and I keep getting "Proj2K must be installed from it's original location" I have cleared the registry, what else am I missing?

Default Re: Install fail

Hi Steve,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :-)

If the client already has a version of Project, try uninstalling that first.
I assume you are installing from an original CD, so the only other
suggestion I have is to contact Microsoft support.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :-))
