New way to exercise Have you seen this nifty little thing in the stores?
It's a small square wooden block. They call it the "Exercise Block."
The directions say to set the block on the floor. Walk around it twice. Now sit down & rest.
Congratulations! You have just walked around the block twice! Who says exercise has to be exhausting?
Keep this up and you'll be down 20 pounds by Christmas!
(If anyone wants to try this, check with your doctor first. Then head on over to your local Walgreen's ... that's where I got mine.
Now excuse me, while I go walk around the block.)
