jokes from Homs

I don't know who you guys in the states make all the jokes about but in Syria we make jokes about the residents of Homs city, here are two of them:

1. a doctor tells a man from Homs, milk is good for your teeth, so the man starts brushing his teeth with milk!!!!
2. three girls are stuck on a stranded island, one from Damascus, an other from Aleppo and the third from Homs. The nearest land was six miles away. The Damascene swam three miles, got tired and drowned. The Aleppan also swam three miles, got tired and drowned. The girl from Homs swam three miles, got tired and swam back to the stranded island.
