Default Help Identify Pin

Can anyone help me identify a small bronze pin which appears to be a
military pin?

It is ~3/4" high by 3/4" wide. It has an eagle, wings spread, atop a
wheel with 13 stars (US?) around the rim. Across the wheel (and each
other) are a key and a sword or foil.

I can provide a photo if that would help.

Thanks

Thanks for the ID. I quickly found a confirming example via Google. It
shows a pin where the 'wheel' appears to be open or pierced. The
example I have in hand has a 'solid' or filled-in wheel. It is all
bronze with no enamel. Is that significant (perhaps it is an older
example)? Here's where I found the image.
