Post Re: Need some help!

The blue rectangle with the rifle in it is an Army Rifleman's badge.
The diagonal stripes on the right are "hash marks" indicating years in service.
The circle on the left with the black hour glass in it, is a Unit Patch and the 2 next to it are as well. I've seen that one before, I'm sure I can look that one up.
The "US Army Retired" is just a patch, I can sell you a hat with that on it for $13 bucks.
The ribbons are too small to to identify, can you blow that whole thing up and re-post it?
I work at a museum that literally has hundreds of patches on the walls and reference books that probably list just about every outfit or decoration that ever existed.
I'm the youngster down there (Viet Nam), most of the guys I work with are WW2 Vets.
If you can blow that up where I can get a good look at the ribbons, I'll print it and cut "the Boys" loose with it Friday afternoon.

Okay...

I found them, starting on page 2...

So, since I don't have permissions to do editing on those pages, I was thinking I would just put them maybe in THIS thread in list form like this: (I did 5 for you, to test how it would come out):?

Untitled 72 = 10th PSYOPS BN
Untitled 9 = 17th FLD HOSP
Untitled 71 = 8th PSYOPS BN
Untitled 70 = 11th PSYOPS BN
Untitled 7 = 8th FLD HOSP

Would that work?

It means you having to transcribe the ones I do find, and checking in here I guess to see which ones I have & haven't done so we won't be duplicating each other? Or, if I can get permissions to edit on Crests, I'd be glad to do entries myself.

Let me know before I go too far so I don't foul things up for you and end up making more work than less.

Over?
Sir Blue

Thanks Old Fart. Thanks for trying to id the various items in my banner. The items left to right are 7 Infantry Division SSI (combat unit), 17th Infantry regiment DUI on blue flash (combat unit), 9th Infantry regiment (regiment affiliation), Combat Infantryman's badge (over medals), medals: meritorious service medal, army commendation medal, army achievement medal, navy achievement medal, national defense, armed forces expeditionary medal, korean service medal, NCOPD, army service ribbon, overseas ribbon, us army retired patch, service bars (1 per 3 yrs)

But
However, what I am trying to do is to identify the unit crest that are found in the patches and crests gallery link:[url=http://www.trackpads.com/gallery/showgallery.php/cat/2370]Patches and Crests. specifically pages 1 through 5 that haven't been given their proper title.
