Default Old Man/Crystal problem

Not sure if this is a typical problem, but this is what happened to
me:

Got the old man, got the crystal from him. Killed the Sith Shadows
(with help) and got the WP disk. Logged off to sleep...

Now when I logged in today, I tried to open op the disk but it told me
I couldnt read the contents. Suddenly the prompt came up, "a
mysterious old man rushes off". I turn off the item box to find the
old man there, suddenly disappear. I get the bad feeling in me, and
reopen my item box. Yup, force crystal gone.

Has this happened before? What can I do?

Ouch that is crap!
Best guess is to go to the help chat from the log in program and ask a CSR
there or open a CS ticket. They are FOREVER in getting to their bug reports
and CS tickets though so I'd go the way of the live chat. I have seen this
live chat and beware if you come in like "WTF man your crappy game screwed
me over" then the CSR's basically ignor you but if you treat them with
respect they seem to help.

Thanks for advice, I was going to do it, but then realized what might
have happened. During the fight the Sith incapped me once, and Im
thinking they took the crystal then. I called a Jedi who helped me
kill them and get the wp.

Here's the kicker. I went back to town and Old Man was there, gave me
another crystal. But I still couldn't opem the wp, lol! I figured it
was tied to the first crystal (lord knows why or how) so now Im
waiting for a second Shadows attack.

Any way to speed their arrival?
