Bug in DC - Cruise Missiles

was playing on Deux a few nights ago, and we had a little naval
battle...

found a bug then: whenever I (playing axis) was killed by somebody from
the allied team using a cruise missile (i.e. when I tried to sink alled
destroyers with the little rocket boats), he was not awarded any points
but I got -2...

known bug or is it a feature?

Ive also noticed on there that if i make a direct hit with a cruise i can
get a kill. If i hit nearby and they die from splash they just get a "is no
more" message and i get no kills.
