Alignment Issues...

I've got video alignment issues in BF1942 only, no other games are affected,
nor my WinXP OS.

For some reason, my display in BF is clipped on the right-hand side and
bottom, I can't reach the OK button!

I've re-loaded the game, so it isn't a corruption issue, and of course the
resolution within the game is at the default, as I can't change it!

Any suggestions greatly appreciated, Thanks!

First thing to try is the latest screen drivers for your graphics card if
you have not done so already.

If this doesn't help try changing to a lower (or maybe higher) refresh rate
in the video setup screen (if you can get to it).

Before doing this you may need to edit c:\program files\EA GAMES\Battlefield
1942\Mods\bf1942\Settings\videodefaults.con and change this line to read:

renderer.allowAllRefreshRates 1

You can also try edit "video.con" in:
"BF1942\Mods\bf1942\Settings\Profiles\your profile"
Find the line "game.setGameDisplayMode 1280 960 32 70" and change it to
another resolution or refresh-rate.
